Rare, because we describe things straight — but here's how they work.
We photograph every set ourselves and describe condition straight, so returns are rare — but if something's wrong, we make it right.
Not what was described? If a set arrives in worse shape than the photos and listing showed, email us within 48 hours with a couple of photos. We'll cover the return label and refund you in full, or work out a partial refund if you'd rather keep the set. Misdescribing a book is on us, never on you.
Damaged in transit? Same deal — photos of the box and the books within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll refund or replace. Keep the packaging until it's sorted.
Changed your mind? You've got 30 days from delivery. Email us first, then send the set back in the condition it arrived; return shipping is on you for change-of-mind returns. The refund goes to your original payment method once the books arrive back and check out.
